Fostering and Homing Greyhounds in Cumbria and the South Lakes

This website covers all the Greyhounds coming to the branch from 1st January 2018. To see the 500+ Greyhounds homed between July 2004 and December 2017 visit

Coronavirus update:
During lock down no one can visit the branch either volunteers to walk the dogs or people coming to view them.
DEFRA have approved guidelines for us to follow, which now allows us to home dogs once again during the lockdown. This will be done using remote home checks with no one coming to the branch and we will bring the chosen greyhound to you in the branch ambulance using the social guidelines we are currently observing.
